This model, which we call DCS-300, is produced for our customers with 400 to 800 walnut trees. Depending on your daily working capacity, it peels between 12,000-kg and 24,000 kg of walnuts. The capacity of the machine varies according to the cracking rate of the green shell during the shaking of the walnut. Peeling process 3 min to 12 min each batch. 90% of all our machines are peeled with a stainless steel grater mounted on the lower rotary ramp, and the peeling rate is limited to 10% due to the design of the grater attached to the inner edge of the machine.
