This model, which we call DCS-175, is produced for our customers with 250 to 450 walnut trees, with 700 kg to 1400 kg per hour. It peels walnuts between 7000-kg and 14000 kg depending on your daily working capacity. The capacity of the machine varies according to the cracking rate of the green shell during the shaking of the walnut. Peeling process 3 min to 12 min each batch. 90% of all our machines are peeled with a stainless steel grater mounted on the lower rotary ramp, and the peeling rate is limited to 10% due to the design of the grater attached to the inner edge of the machine.
