This model, which we call DCS-25kg, is produced for our customers with 1 to 30 walnut trees, 100kg to 200kg per hour. Depending on your daily working capacity, it peels between 1000-kg and 2000 kg of walnuts. The machine capacity varies according to the cracking rate of the green shell during the shaking of the walnut. Peeling process 3 min to 13 min each batch. 90% of all our machines are peeled with a stainless steel grater mounted on the lower rotary ramp, and the peeling rate is limited to 10% due to the design of the grater attached to the inner edge of the machine.
