This model, which we call DCS-50, is produced for our customers with 50 to 100 walnut trees, 200 kg to 400 kg per hour. Depending on your daily working capacity, it peels between 2000-kg and 4000 kg of walnuts. The machine capacity varies according to the cracking rate of the green shell during the shaking of the walnut. The above data are given according to the cracking rate of the shell of 20% to 40%. Peeling process 3 min to 12 min each batch. 90% of all our machines are peeled with a stainless steel grater mounted on the lower rotary ramp, and the peeling rate is limited to 10% due to the design of the grater attached to the inner edge of the machine.
