This model, which we call DCS-75, is produced for our customers with 100 to 250 walnut trees, between 300 kg and 600 kg per hour. Depending on your daily working capacity, it peels between 3000-kg and 6000 kg of walnuts. The capacity of the machine varies according to the cracking rate of the green shell during the shaking of the walnut. Peeling process 3 min to 12 min each batch. 90% of all our machines are peeled with a stainless steel grater mounted on the lower rotary ramp, and the peeling rate is limited to 10% due to the design of the grater attached to the inner edge of the machine.
