This model, which we call DCS-150, is produced for our customers with 200 to 400 walnut trees, with 600 kg to 1200 kg per hour. Depending on your daily working capacity, it peels walnuts between 6000-kg and 12000 kg. The capacity of the machine varies according to the cracking rate of the green shell during shaking the walnut. The above data are given according to the shell cracking rate of 20% to 40%. Peeling process 3 min to 12 min each batch. 90% of all our machines are peeled with a stainless steel grater mounted on the lower rotary ramp, and the peeling rate is limited to 10% due to the design of the grater attached to the inner edge of the machine.
