This model, which we call CS-250, is produced for our customers with 350 to 700 walnut trees, between 1000 kg and 2000 kg per hour. Depending on your daily working capacity, it peels between 10,000-kg and 20,000 kg of walnuts. The capacity of the machine varies according to the cracking rate of the green shell during the shaking of the walnut. Peeling process 3 min to 12 min each batch. 90% of all our machines are peeled with a stainless steel grater mounted on the lower rotary ramp, and the peeling rate is limited to 10% due to the design of the grater attached to the inner edge of the machine.
