This model, which we call DCS-400, is produced for our customers with 500 to 1000 walnut trees. It peels walnuts between 1,600 kg and 3,200 kg per hour, between 16,000 kg and 32,000 kg depending on your daily working capacity. The machine capacity changes according to the cracking rate of the green shell during the shaking of the walnut. The above data are given according to the 20% to 40% cracking rate. If your rate of cracking the green shell of your walnut is over 50%, this period is even shorter. Peeling process 3 min to 12 min each batch. 90% of all our machines are peeled with a stainless steel grater mounted on the lower rotary ramp. Due to the design of the grater attached to the inner edge of the machine, the peeling rate is limited to 10%.
Our machine guarantees safe peeling of even the thinnest shelled walnuts without cracking or breaking them.
