This model, which we call DCSB-75, is produced for our customers with 100 to 250 walnut trees, between 300 kg and 600 kg per hour. Depending on your daily working capacity, it peels between 3000-kg and 6000 kg of walnuts. The capacity of the machine varies according to the cracking rate of the green shell during the shaking of the walnut. Peeling process 3 min to 12 min each batch. 90% of all our machines are peeled with a stainless steel grater mounted on the lower rotary ramp, and the peeling rate is limited to 10% due to the design of the grater attached to the inner edge of the machine.

Our gasoline powered walnut peeling machines are designed for our farmers who do not have electricity in their vineyards, gardens and fields. Fuel consumption is extremely low compared to walnut peeling machines with a shaft behind the tractor, as the smallest tractor is 28 HP… Our DCSB 75kg walnut peeling machine is 6.5 HP.
