This model, which we call DCSB-100, is produced for our customers with 150 to 300 walnut trees, with 400 kg to 800 kg per hour. It peels walnuts between 4000-kg and 8000 kg depending on your daily working capacity. The capacity of the machine varies according to the cracking rate of the green shell during the shaking of the walnut. Peeling process 3 min to 12 min each batch. 90% of all our machines are peeled with a stainless steel grater mounted on the lower rotary ramp, and the peeling rate is limited to 10% due to the design of the grater attached to the inner edge of the machine.
Our machine is the guarantee of peeling even your thinnest-shelled walnuts safely without cracking or breaking them.
Our gasoline powered walnut peeling machines are designed for our farmers who do not have electricity in their vineyards, gardens and fields. Compared to the walnut peeling machines with the shaft behind the tractor, the fuel consumption is extremely low, as the smallest tractor is 28 HP. Our DCSB 100kg walnut peeling machine is 6.5 HP.
